Turpster suffered a sever and sudden illness halfway through the show and as such I had to step in and finish the review. Luckily for Turpster, I feel exactly the same way as he would have, trust me, he loved it, he really did and if you think that this game is not then I can assure you that these are not the droids you are looking for…. Lots of Love, ~Darth Vader

Taken from the article on Massively.com on 25th March 2008:

“Some people are born entertainers, some people are born story tellers, and others are born reviewers. I’d like to think that in this Episode of TurpsterVision that I prove that I am the illegitimate love child in their sexy, secret, and most definitely sordid, love orgies!

Star Wars is one of those franchises out there that just screams MMO. It also screams MoneyFan Bois, and Jar Jar Binks!. The one thing it didn’t scream out to me was fun.

Don’t get me wrong, it has some really great elements, but from the little I played of it, it just lacked anything really new, which is probably due to the fact that it isn’t. Star Wars Galaxies was released in 2003 and from what I have heard the major updates since then haven’t helped too much in updating and improving the experience. Should you play it? No. Does the Donnie Darko-style portal/guide annoy me? Most definitely. Where are my car keys? No one knows…And to top it all of apparently these aren’t the droids we are looking for…”
